Who runs this site

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, business name, project type, and your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it through the form.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out a project if you decide to work with us. We do not sell your information.

Who helps process it

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, which receives your submission and delivers it to us by email. Our domain and content delivery run through Cloudflare, and the analytics providers named below also process some data. Each of these providers handles your data under its own terms.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (provided by Google) and Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft) to see how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These tools set cookies and collect usage information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you interact with the page. That information is processed by Google and Microsoft under their own terms. You can opt out with your browser's cookie controls or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and we do not use this data to personally identify you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you sent it: to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, and run any project that follows. We do not keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes or to meet a legal or tax requirement. As a default, inquiry messages that do not lead to a project are removed within about 24 months of your last contact, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by turning off analytics cookies in your browser settings or by emailing us. To make any request, email info@ocproductstudio.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
