What is included in a package?
Every package covers a set number of products at four angles each (front, back, and both sides), with product prep and light staging, a private download, and an unlimited license. Standard and Premium add dust and scratch retouching, free 360° spins on your top sellers, and social-ready crops.
How long does a project take?
Turnaround depends on the number of products and the kind of editing involved. You get a realistic timeline in your written quote, before the shoot, so you can plan around it.
Can I add a 360° spin to any package?
Yes. A 360° spin can be added to any product for $125. Standard includes one free spin on your top seller, and Premium includes three.
Do you offer volume pricing for a large catalog?
Yes. If you are shipping a full catalog or planning ongoing work, those are quoted by volume. Send a short note with how many products you have and we will put together a custom quote.
Do you charge per hour?
No. Everything is priced per project, so you know the cost up front, and you always get an exact quote in writing before any shoot.
What if I am not happy with a photo?
Edited and styled photos include one revision. Because we choose the angles together before the shoot, white-background stills are final on delivery. The aim is to agree the plan up front so there are no surprises.
